What you will need:
- 6 – 1 pound pork tenderloins
- 1 pint butter milk
- 1 cup hot sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1 tsp corn syrup
In mixing bowl combine all butter milk and all spices.
Clean pork tenderloins and remove all fat and silver-skin place in Ziploc bag.
Pour buttermilk mixture into 1 gallon Ziploc with pork.
Marinate for 6 hours.
Pre-heat grill to 250 degrees.
Place on grill and cook until a temperature of 155 is reached.
Remove from grill and rest for 10 minutes on cutting board.
Slice thin and serve with a sweet corn or fresh salad with Chiptole Ranch or on king Hawaiian buns with grilled pineapple and BBQ sauce
