Fast and Easy Loaded Burgers

What you need:

2 lbs. ground beef
1 package ranch seasoning
1 red pepper
2 eggs (whipped)
1 white onions
Buns
Pre-cooked bacon (do it yourself or buy precooked)

Onions straws
Spinach
White Cheddar Cheese (sliced)
1 Tomato

Directions:
Preheat grill to 350 degrees

In bowl combine beef, egg, ranch packet, and 1 cups of diced red pepper and 1 cups diced white onion
Mix until well incorporated
Divide meat into 6 portions and roll each into a meatball and then flatten
Return to fridge for at least 30 minutes before grilling

Grilling:
When the grill/smoker is pre-heated place burger on grill
Cook burger for about 3 minutes then another 3 minutes on the other side
Use thermometer to verify that the burgers are done
