Tailgating Tuesdays: Philly Cheesesteak Sandwiches

Philly Cheesesteak Sandwiches

What you need:

6 Thin sliced New York Strip Steak 6-8 oz each
Ribriffic seasoning
2 green peppers -cooked in advance
2 yellow onion – cooked in advance
American Cheese Slices 18 pieces
Hoagie or French Roll

Pre Heat Smoker/Grill to 350 degrees

Season steak with seasoning and cook on grill to desired temp
Open buns and place open-face down on grill for a minute to toast
Place cooked peppers and onions on top of steak when cheese melts on top
Serve on toasted bun and cut into 4 pieces for easy eating
