CLAREMONT, Minn. (KTTC) – According to a news release Thursday, the Postal Service is resuming full operations at the Claremont Post Office on Friday.
USPS suspended operations there on Wednesday, February 27 over “potential structural safety concerns caused from excessive snow.”
KTTC cameras did catch some people entering and leaving the facility on the 28th.
According to the Postal Service, repairs were made and the building is now cleared for people to use after a structural assessment.
Retail window hours will be Monday through Friday 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. The PO Box Lobby will be open 24 hours.
