ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) — This May, “the boys” are back! Chef Jim from Wildwood Sports Bar & Grill and Barbecue Brent from Energy Products and Design are again firing up the grill for Grillin’ and Chillin’!
Given that KTTC’s Caitlin Alexander is expecting her first child later this summer, the guys are sharing some great kid-friendly recipes!
Here is the recipe and procedure for Pork Loin Purses.
1 pork tenderloin
1 tbs Wildwood All-Purpose Seasoning
2 baby red potatoes (cut into 1/4s)
8 pieces baby carrots
1 tbs butter
Grill preheated to 350 degrees or open fire
18″ piece of aluminum foil sprayed with pan spray
Place butter in middle of foil and arrange potatoes and Carrots around
Season pork with Wildwood all-purpose seasoning and lay on top of carrots and potatoes
Fold foil over and make an air tight seal by crimping the edges
Cook for 20 minutes or more (best to check with a digital thermometer for a temp of 160 before consuming)
