ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) – A water advisory is no longer in effect at Foster Arend Park in Rochester. Test results indicate there is no public health concern.
The announcement by Rochester’s Parks and Recreation Department comes days after a health warning was issued regarding a bloom of possible blue-green algae.
The department had posted the advisory as a precaution on July 12. Dogs were said to be especially vulnerable to the toxin because they swallow water while swimming.
