Zucchini Bread Poppers


¼ tsp basil

¼ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp All-purpose seasoning

1 large egg

¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)

1.5 cups shredded & drained zucchini (about 1 large Zucchini)

¼ cup breadcrumbs

¼ cup cheddar jack


Mixing bowl

Wooden spoon

Cheese grater

Cooking stone

¼ cup measuring cup

Cookie sheet


Preheated grill to 350 degrees with stone (if using)

Combine all ingredients together to form a cake like consistency

Using the ¼ cup measuring cup and pack the mixture into the measuring cup and place on cookie sheet

Repeat all batter is gone


Using a stone place on grill for the 15-20 minutes turning once
