BREAKING: Arson suspect arrested in Duluth synagogue fire

DULUTH, Minn. (KBJR) — Authorities say a suspect has been arrested following what they say is arson at Adas Israel synagogue.

According to the Duluth Police Department, a news conference is scheduled Sunday regarding the arrest, as well as the end of the fire investigation.

The conference was originally scheduled for Saturday, but due to city officials recognizing Shabbat, or the Sabbath, being celebrated on Saturdays in the Jewish faith, the news conference was rescheduled.

The identity of the person in custody has not been disclosed.
