Our stormy weather pattern will continue for the rest of the workweek and into your weekend! The summer-like temperatures roll through Friday. Highs Thursday will be in the upper 70s and lower 80s with overcast conditions. Showers and thunderstorms will be possible Thursday mainly in the early morning hours. Thunderstorm chances will be slim to none during the afternoon and evening. This will allow temperatures to warm back above average for highs. Winds will be out of the south to the southwest around 5-10 mph.
Highs will stay in the lower 80s and upper 70s Friday with another chance for showers and thunderstorms. Thunderstorm development will stay very scattered and isolated through the morning and afternoon. Winds stay breezy out of the southwest around 5-15 mph.
Weekend Outlook: Highs on Saturday will be in the middle 70s with mostly cloudy skies. A chance for showers and thunderstorms will remain in the forecast through the evening hours. We’ll finally get some much-needed sunshine on Sunday with highs back to around average in the lower 70s. Winds will shift to the west around 5-10 mph.
Our summer-like pattern will come to an end on Sunday. Highs next week will be much more seasonable in the lower 70s and even upper 60s in some areas.
