Our forecast is finally trending in the right direction. Highs over the next 5-7 days will be back near normal. Finally! Changes in the upper atmosphere are slowly shifting and should keep us in a more mild weather pattern through the rest of the month.
We will still see some below normal temperatures through the rest of November, but guidance is not suggesting extreme cold conditions as we experienced earlier this week.
Highs will warm into the upper 30s for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We’ll mainly have quiet weather through the daytime hours this weekend. However, there will be a slight chance for a light rain/snow mix Saturday night into Sunday morning. Accumulations will be extremely minor with this event.
Heading towards next week we might actually be able to make it into the lower 40s for highs not once but several times during the workweek. Highs are expected near 40° on Monday and Tuesday. We’ll stay mild through at least Thursday of next week!
