Temperatures will stay seasonable this weekend, but there will be a chance for a rain/snow mix late Saturday night into early Sunday morning.
Temperatures will warm into the upper 30s and lower 40s for highs on Saturday with overcast conditions. I do think we’ll be able to get some peaks of sunshine during the afternoon on Saturday. Winds will be breezy out of the south around 10-20 mph. The rain/snow mix won’t impact the area until after midnight.
A brief wave of energy moves into the area after midnight bringing the chance for some light snow mixed with drizzle/light rain. This will linger into the mid-morning hours on Sunday. Accumulations will be extremely minor but roads could become slick on Sunday morning. Be sure to drive carefully if you’re out and about on Sunday morning.
Drizzle will continue through most of the daytime hours on Sunday with mostly cloudy skies. Temperatures will stay steady in the middle 30s for highs.
Looking ahead to next week, highs will stay in the upper 30s and lower 40s through most of the workweek. There will be a chance for light snow Wednesday night into Thursday morning. Right now, accumulations appear to be minor for that event.
Enjoy the warmer conditions!
