Snow totals from Monday morning and afternoon were right around 2 inches for most of Rochester. The majority of communities saw around 1-3" of snow with Monday's system.
The next issue will be the cold arctic-like temperatures for most of the week. Highs on Tuesday will be in the middle single digits with wind chills anywhere from -5° to -15° during the afternoon. Overnight lows Tuesday drop well below 0° and wind chills could reach near -20° early Wednesday morning.
Temperatures do warm back to around average by Friday with highs in the upper 20s and lower 30s. However, another cold stretch will return by early next week!
