Conditions this weekend will be a little up and down. We'll have mild and sunny conditions on Saturday turn into cloudy and rain weather heading into Sunday.
Saturday will start off with beautiful conditions. High temperatures will be in the upper 70s and lower 80s with mostly sunny skies. Winds will stay calm through the afternoon. Showers and thunderstorms will move through SE Minnesota and NE Iowa Saturday evening and overnight into Sunday morning. Large widespread rainfall amounts are not expected. Rainfall accumulations will be around a tenth of an inch for most areas.
Light scattered showers will linger into early Sunday morning with gloomy skies. Cloud cover will stick around through the afternoon on Sunday. Highs will stay in the lower 70s and maybe even the upper 60s in some areas Sunday afternoon. The mild conditions will continue into next week too!
High temperatures are still expected in the lower 70s through Wednesday. Overnight lows Monday and Tuesday will drop into the middle and upper 40s! It'll feel brisk outside next week. Highs are expected to climb back into the upper 70s and even lower 80s by next Friday and Saturday.
