Police investigating body found at Shady Oaks apartment

ALBERT LEA, Minn. (KTTC) -- Human remains were found inside Shady Oaks Apartments while law enforcement evacuated the building.

In a news release from the BCA, the Albert Lea Police Department said that they do not believe the death is related to the shooting that occurred earlier in the day.

The cause of death remains under investigation.
