Cloudy skies were a common sight across the region once again today. Tonight, a few flurries are possible, again, as a shortwave quickly passes through the area. Clouds will remain with temperatures dipping into the mid teens and light winds out of the northwest at 3-8 mph. Will need to watch out for areas of patchy fog to develop later tonight that may slow down the morning commute.
The new work weeks will start off on a quiet and cloudy note with temperatures this up coming week to be roller-coaster like. Monday will see temperatures in the low 20s with light northwest winds. Temperatures drop into the mid teens on Tuesday with a mix of sun and clouds and a chance for a few flurries/snow showers during the afternoon.
Temperatures quickly rebound into the upper 20s to low 30s for the midweek. Wednesday and Thursday will see a pleasant mix of sun and clouds with rather windy conditions. A blast of frigid air moves in for Friday with afternoon highs only expected to be in the upper single digits.
Temperatures continue to slowly improve into the teens and 20s over the weekend with a slight chance for snow.
