New truck stop coming to St. Charles I-90 exit

ST. CHARLES, Minn. (KTTC) – A huge new Love’s Travel Stop is coming soon to the I-90 exit at St. Charles.

Love’s is known nation-wide and is a big truck stop destination along the interstates of America.

The St. Charles City Council green lit the sale of almost seven acres inside the Chattanooga Innovation Park along I-90 to Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores, Inc. for $683,000.

A typical Love’s employs about 45 or 50 people which cold make it the third largest employer in St. Charles.

Construction is expected to start in the spring.
