DECORAH, Iowa (KTTC) –  A high-speed chase in Decorah ends in an arrest and two damaged patrol cars.

The Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Department says an off-duty deputy spotted 36-year-old Andrew Quinn driving south on Highway 52 toward Decorah on Friday.

Quinn had an outstanding arrest warrant for contempt of court probation.

When police tried to pull him over, he sped off at nearly 100 miles per hour.

Quinn later hit two patrol cars as deputies tried to box him in at the intersection of Highway 9 and 52.

No one was hurt.

He was arrested, and charged with Aggravated Eluding and Aggravated Driving while barred.
