City of Rochester seeks name suggestions for new parking ramp

ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC)  – Downtown Rochester’s newest parking ramp, “Ramp 6,” opened about two months ago, but it still needs an official name.

That’s why the city is turning to the public for help with a naming contest.

You can submit a name on the city’s parking website anytime starting Monday, May 13th through the end of the month.

A panel of downtown stakeholders will then select a name to recommend to City Council.

The person who submits the winning name will be recognized at a ribbon cutting ceremony this summer, and will receive a one-night stay at the new Hilton hotel.
