MANTORVILLE, Minn. (KTTC) – The weekend storms left a path of damage across southeastern Minnesota, peeling the roofs off homes, downing powerlines, and flooding basements.

Dodge County is urging residents and property owners to report the damage to Emergency Management by dialing (507)635-6420.

“I can’t see what damages are in everybody’s homes like I can driving around to see roads and bridges, but asking the public to reach out and call us on that number, call that hotline, and leave us that information so that we can get a better understanding of what damages are in the county,” said Matt Maas, the director of Dodge County Emergency Management.

The county is working to gather information on the extent of the damages to request assistance from the state and the federal government.
