One injury from Highway 52 crash Thursday morning

NEAR ZUMBROTA, Minn. (KTTC) — A crash slowed the commute on Highway 52 Thursday morning.

It happened around 8 a.m. in the southbound lanes of Highway 52 near the Highway 60 intersection just south of Zumbrota.

State Patrol Sergeant Troy Christianson said the driver of a Ford Escape was heading south when she lost control and struck the center median guard rail.

The driver is reported to be a 33-year-old woman from Jordan, Minnesota. She suffered non-life threatening injuries.

In addition to the state patrol, Goodhue County Sheriff’s deputies, and Zumbrota Police, Fire and Ambulance all responded.
