ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) – Police were called about an assault that led to three arrests, one of which included the victim.

Kevin Mitchell, 32, Desirae Frank, 23, and 27-year-old Marcos Olivares were taken into custody after an incident broke out around 2 a.m. off of Highway 14 East.

Jail staff reported that they were unable to take mug shots of the three Thursday morning which is why Frank was not photographers. The two mugshots obtained were from previous arrests.

Police said a neighbor heard a woman scream “get off me” and called 911.

Officers noted that Desirae Frank had a facial injury and arrested Mitchell for domestic assault.

According to police, Frank tried to stop Mitchell’s arrest by kicking an officer in the groin. Frank could face obstruction and assault charges.

Olivares reportedly had three warrants out of Olmsted county.

He allegedly spit on and made threats toward an officer during his arrest. He also kicked and hit his head against the cruiser window. Olivares said he would put a hit on the officer and that his “gang friends will take care of it.”

Police said Olivares may face terroristic threat charges.
