ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) – Police are searching for a man who reportedly exposed himself to a woman on a Rochester bus.

A 16-year-old said that she was riding a Rochester Public Transit bus from Apache Mall with another passenger when she dropped something in the aisle.

The teen leaned over to pick it up and noticed that the male had his private parts exposed.

The bus then arrived at the Saint Marys stop and the driver got out for a break, leaving the two alone.

Police said the teen left the bus and the man followed.

Authorities said she told him to stop and then ran to Canadian Honker for refuge.

The man then continued walking eastbound on 2nd St.

The teen called police once she was reunited with her mother.

Officials said they are looking for the suspect described as a white male in his late 30s or early 40s with long dark hair.

The suspect was allegedly wearing an orange or brown thick coat.

Police are working to get surveillance video from RPT that could help in identifying who he is.
