Grillin’ & Chillin’: Walking Fajitas

ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) — This May, “the boys” are back! Chef Jim from Wildwood Sports Bar & Grill and Barbecue Brent from Energy Products and Design are again firing up the grill for Grillin’ and Chillin’!

Given that KTTC’s Caitlin Alexander is expecting her first child later this summer, the guys are sharing some great kid-friendly recipes!

Here is the recipe and procedure for Walking Fajitas.

Ingredients (serving 4):

1 big bag of nacho-flavored tortilla chips or 4 personal size
12 oz. grilled chicken breast or 12 oz. grilled flank steak
Wildwood Taco/Fajita Seasoning
8 oz. cheddar jack cheese
1 tomato diced
1 yellow onion diced
½ cup cilantro leaves
1 cup salsa
1 cup sour cream
1 cup taco ranch
1 head shredded iceberg lettuce

Equipment:

Grill heated to 400
Bowls and forks

Procedure:

Season chicken and/or steak with Wildwood Taco/Fajita Seasoning
Grill chicken and steak
You may want to place in a bag or build in a bowl for more convenient eating
Build with ingredients of your choice
