Dry and sunny conditions to start off the week

Remaining Ad Time Ad - 00:00

We saw a beautiful day across the region with plenty of sunshine and summer-like temperatures in the lower 80s. Tonight, temperatures remain mild in the upper 50s to lower 60s with mainly clear skies and light winds as high pressure takes control of the region. Areas of fog development look likely during the overnight that may impact the morning commute.

Monday and Tuesday start the work week off on a pleasant note, with high temperatures in the low 80s and mostly to partly sunny skies. Winds will be blustery both days out of the south at 10-15 mph. A chance for showers and thunderstorms is possible Tuesday night, lasting into Wednesday.

Thursday will give us a short break from the rain with mostly sunny skies and afternoon highs in the upper 70s. Periods of showers and thunderstorms are possible Friday and Saturday with highs in the upper 70s to lower 80s and blustery winds. Conditions look to dry out heading into Sunday.
