Remaining Ad Time Ad - 00:00

Warmer weather is on the way for the weekend. Highs on Saturday will reach the upper 70s with some much-needed sunshine at times. Winds will stay breezy out of the south around 5-15 mph. Thunderstorm chances will be in the forecast for the late afternoon and evening.

A warm front will bring the chance for thunderstorm development during the late afternoon. Storms should stay scattered through the afternoon and late evening hours. Storm chances will end by 9-10 pm on Saturday.

Mostly sunny skies with calmer westerly winds are expected Sunday. Highs will jump into the lower 80s by the afternoon. No rain is expected on Sunday.

Looking ahead to next week, temperatures will stay well above average for the middle of September next week. Highs Monday through Wednesday have a chance of staying in the middle and lower 80s before we drop to the upper 70s by Thursday.

We’ll stay dry for Monday and Tuesday next week before shower and thunderstorm chances return to the forecast both Wednesday and Thursday. Temperature trends are looking warm for next weekend too.

Have a great weekend!
