Beautiful weather through Wednesday; Cooling down for the late week

Remaining Ad Time Ad - 00:00

We started the work week on a great note, courtesy of sunny skies and seasonal temperatures. Skies will remain clear for the overnight hours with lows in the mid 40s and light winds.

High pressure remains in control of the region through Wednesday, allowing for folks to enjoy the sunshine and seasonal temperatures in the 60s. Our next storm system is expected to arrive on our doorstep during Wednesday’s overnight, bringing a chance for rain showers that will last through Thursday. Afternoon highs will be in the low to mid 60s.

A cold front is expected to sweep through the region on Friday, dropping temperatures throughout the day. Our expected high temperature will be in the lower 50s with showers possible during the day. As temperatures cool into the lower 30s for the overnight hours, we could see the chance for a few snowflakes to mix in with any rain showers, lasting into early Saturday.

Get ready to bundle up this weekend, we’ll see afternoon highs only managing the low to mid 40s. A few lingering showers may be possible on Saturday before drying up on Sunday.
